Whether it’s working from home, in our offices, or a combination of the both, we trust each other to support our clients, colleagues and communities at the right time, in the right way.Your Role and What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll provide quality legal advice to the firm’s clients by appropriate supervision and training and managing your very own caseload from the offset. Your aim will be to obtain interim payments wherever possible, so that we can put rehabilitation, a care package and suitable accommodation in place before the claim is concluded. As a team, we are dedicated to improving the quality of life of our clients.We currently have one role available, joining Partner Anita Jewitt’s team, who predominately acts for clients that have sustained brain damage or spinal injuries, either as a result of medical negligence or personal injury. Ideally the successful candidate for this role will have 0-4yrs experience.About You

  • Take instructions from clients and give legal advice.
  • Opportunity to manage own caseload, while also assisting the Partners and senior team members on High Value cases.
  • Review cases and other relevant matters with supervisor to ensure quality legal advice is provided.
  • 0-4yrs PQE with a Medical Negligence background
  • Highly organised
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to work in a pressurised environment.
