Overview
-A leading space and technology company in Bremen, Germany is seeking a Solution Manager to take
ownership of end-to-end solution development and delivery across complex aerospace programmes.
-This is a permanent position.Your Tasks
– Coordination of division-related procurement activities
– Identification and monitoring of market needs and support of product development and sales
– Implementation of division-related order intake forecasts and reporting
– Continuous screening of division-relevant tenders from institutions and customers
– Synchronization of relevant activities and active information of Group stakeholders
– Contact point for all division-relevant stakeholders, active participation in trade fairs,
conferences, committees, associations, customer meetings, coordination with Communications and Marketing
– Proactive development and proposals for strategic collaborations
– Divisional coordination and information exchange, organization and management of regular meetings with
division managers and customer division management
– Representation of us in division-specific committeesYour Qualifications
– Completed degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification
– Many years of experience in the aerospace industry
– Broad network within the specific field
– High degree of self-organization, presentation skills, and negotiation skills
– Good communication, rhetoric, and networking skills
– Openness, excellent analytical skills, a strong problem-solving orientation, creativity, and assertiveness
– Understanding of the aerospace market
– Fluent written and spoken German and English
