• Influence high-value logistics tenders and shape scalable, client-focused solutions
• Work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, from initial brief to final proposal
• Flexible location with regular UK travel and occasional international exposure

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end solution design for warehousing and transport bids
• Analyse customer data and translate insights into commercially viable proposals
• Build financial models, prepare P&Ls, and present to senior decision-makers
• Collaborate across ops, IT, HR, and finance to build winning strategies
• Produce compelling tender documents and customer-facing presentations

What you bring:

• Experience in logistics or supply chain solution design
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical expertise
• Confident communicator, able to influence at Board level
• Proficiency in Excel; modelling/simulation tools a plus
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
