Sous Chef

The role involves supporting the Executive Chef and Head Chef to develop and deliver the food in both the main house and The Orangery.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for working with food, particularly with an interest in locally sourced and seasonal ingredients and working
with our kitchen garden team who grow especially for us.

A keen attention to detail and a desire to always be looking to improve your own knowledge and experience as well as helping to continually improve all aspects of the food offering at Ashburnham.

The candidate must be self-motivated and driven with the ability to run the kitchen in the absence of Executive or Head chef, adhere to and maintain Health & Safety, EHO and HACCP standards and procedures.
