Rate of pay: £18.00 – £20.17Platinum Recruitment are supporting a military base in Yeovilton who are looking for a Sous Chef to join their busy kitchen team on a temporary basis.Duties to include:

• Lead the kitchen facilities and plan all meals & assist with prep
• Order supplies and keep records of spending and compliance
• Monitor sanitation practices ensuring to follow standards and regulations
• Prepare, produce and present food in volume for a small group of military personnel and guests
• Be capable of working alone, but able to communicate well
• Keep Health and Safety at the heart of what you’re doing
