Responsibilities will also include;

• Ensuring all kitchen operations and activities are carried out in full compliance with the Head Chef’s instructions.
• You will work in conjunction with other Chefs, providing clear and consistent direction to the wider team.
• You are expected to effectively manage your team in the absence of the Head Chef.
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience working within a similar role
• An extensive array of culinary skills knowledge, experience and the confidence.
