Description of the Assignment: The National Evaluation Consultant will report to the Evaluation Manager appointed by UNDP, who will oversee and support the overall MTR process. In addition, a MTR reference group will be formed to provide critical and objective inputs throughout the MTR process to strengthen the quality of the MTR. The Country Office Senior Management will approve the MTR report. UNDP will provide logistical support and to implementation of meetings

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 30 working days over a time period of 16 of weeks, and shall not exceed five months from when the consultant(s) are hired.
