Job description
We are seeking Specialist Family Violence Practitioners to join our growing team of skilled professionals at The Orange Door, Werribee. These roles are available on a 12 month fixed term full-time or part-time basis, ranging from $93,858.96 – $98,111.52 pro rata EFT + 11% superannuation + $15,990 salary sacrificing.
The role will report directly to an Orange Door Team Leader and work closely with other Specialist Family Violence Practitioners. You will be responsible for undertaking family violence risk assessments, safety planning and providing referral pathways using a client centred approach.
This role sits within an integrated team model, where experts work together from varying agencies to reduce the impact of family violence on victim survivors. This integrated model is an incredible opportunity for upskilling, exposure, and family violence professionalism.
