To expand its leading position in the global Offshore Wind market and related industry, MCS is searching for an experienced Specialized Sales Representative.Our new colleague will join a global team and will be offering critical communications systems to ensure highly secure, reliable and resilient connectivity. Generating energy from renewable sources relies heavily on natural conditions, which can often be unpredictable. That’s where our mission comes in – to enable seamless communication and real-time data sharing, ensuring robust resilience and top-tier security throughout.Your Responsibilities:

  • Expand the business with offshore windfarm operators and the related industry (Yards, WTG- and OSS suppliers, harbors, etc) in UK&I and selected Nordic countries
  • Assure sales and growth target achievements
  • Identify and further develop customers, fostering long-term, trustful relationships with both existing and new clients.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline, defining go-to-market strategies in close coordination with the business unit (BU) and global sales management.
  • Drive opportunity and proposal development in close cooperation with bid and solution management from initial lead identification to closing.
  • Establish a sales partner eco-system
  • Maintain customer relationships, sales leads, and opportunities within the corporate CRM system.

Your Profile

  • In depth knowledge of the Offshore Wind market and industry, ideally with a robust network.
  • At least 4 years’ professional experience in a sales position with proven track record
  • Willingness to acquire a reasonable level of technical understanding is an essential requirement
  • Technical/telecom background will be considered a strong advantage
  • Passionate about fostering and sustaining international business relationships, including related travel
  • Experienced in collaborating with international teams, leveraging practical experience.
  • Outgoing and socially confident personality, with a strong customer orientation and a winning attitude
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English
