Woden Community Service (WCS) is a for-purpose organisation that has been providing community-based services for over 50 years. WCS delivers a range of services across the ACT that support children, families, young people, and seniors including disability, housing, and mental health services.
We have recently launched our new allied health services and are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to contribute to evidence-based assessment, intervention and supports for a range of clients including NDIS participants. With an initial focus on services for children, the successful person will be supported and supervised by our Senior Speech Pathologist.

- Permanent full-time/part-time position available (up to 38 hours per week).
- Salary of WCS 5-8 $82,326.30–$115,907.03 p.a. (pro-rata for part-time) plus 11% superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience.
- 12 weeks paid parental leave.

- Sign on bonus up to $2000.

Experience & Qualifications
- Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
- A commitment to the inclusion, participation, and rights of people with a disability and/or developmental delay.
- The ability to work positively and collaboratively within inter-professional teams as well as a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- A commitment to evidence-based, person-centred practice with a minimum one year of relevant clinical experience.
- A commitment to professional learning, reflective practice, and an interest in being innovative with service delivery.
- Must have a current Drivers Licence, access to a private motor vehicle and willingness to travel to deliver services when required.
- Paediatric experience is desirable.
