Our CPA Dubbo site are looking to grow the team, this is a great opportunity for part time or full time Speech Pathologists or short/long term contracts.
Cerebral Palsy Alliance is the industry leader in disability services with 16 Therapy specific sites across NSW and ACT and over 160 Therapists. Using the latest international science, we provide the latest therapies and early learning programs. To date, CPA has dedicated $50 million for research into cerebral palsy and are the world leaders in this space.
CPA’s Allied Health team have a strong focus on best practice and evidence based solutions. You will have the support of our Clinical Governance team who are seniors and leaders in their disciplines and provide education, training, supervision and mentoring to all our therapists – they are specialists in the field of CP and disabilities.

This is an established and experienced team with a strong MDT approach and high level of clinical expertise. There a strong team culture that has developed over many years and a really sense of teamwork and collaboration when on site. Working with a mixed caseload, this role is located at our Dubbo site with appointments mainly onsite and is a regional hub for a lot of smaller towns and communities and a great base to explore Western NSW.
You will bring:
- Working holiday visa holders may be considered for the role
- Have membership or eligibility for SPA registration
- Willingness to function autonomously and as part of a team
- Current drivers’ license
