Here’s where you come in:
As the Sponsorship Content Team Production Coordinator, you will oversee and support management in functionally leading and guiding staff, analysis and contribute to resolving operational problems, help in creating / publishing management reporting and collaborating with local and onshore business partners (where needed).
You will contribute to ensuring that every final product delivered by the Child Sponsorship Content (CSC) Production Team meets global quality, child protection, and all other partnership requirements for communications related to sponsored children, including timeliness standards.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, Project or Business Management, or related field.
- At least 3 to 4 years of work experience in a Production or operations environment or equivalent.
- Proficient using MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as Lotus Notes.
- Experience using common IT platforms and applications.
- Fluent-level spoken and written English capacity.
