Join us and build an extraordinary future.About This Role:The Senior Benefits Specialist provides direction, guidance, help, and advice to the EMEA employee experience team in implementing and maintaining Forrester’s benefits strategy and the associated policies, procedures, and processes in close partnership with the global total rewards team.Job Description:Execute local and enterprise employee benefit strategies in collaboration with relevant HR functions to help drive adoption by the business. Provide both strategic and operational support for business changes. Identify challenges and recommend solutions.Partner with broker, providers, and internal HR, and finance and legal functions to regularly assess compliance and market competitiveness of benefit offerings and propose enhancements/additions.Collaborate with leaders to drive employee engagement and retention strategies locally via benefit plan designs. Partner with regional team members and collaborate with colleagues to improve the employee experience locally and/or regionally.Coach and guide leaders and provide responsive approaches to complex or escalated employee benefit questions.Research and evaluate benefit programs and policies and stay up to date on trends and best-practice initiatives.Own employee data supplied to external providers. Oversee external provider management reporting requirements to support appropriate trends analyses and to ensure accuracy of employee records management.Provide guidance and interpretation of employee benefit policies, procedures, and processes to ensure local adherence and identify areas of risk. Support audits, compliance, and other employee benefits programs locally.Facilitate and manage employee benefit vendor relationships, including employee benefits broker, health plan providers, and risk providers. Partner with these providers to resolve employee benefits queries and issues.Administer leaves of absences for the EMEA region.Ensure the annual open enrollment process is executed in applicable countries.Oversee end-to-end benefits management/administration for EMEA, serve as the primary contact for providers and brokers, and respond to employee benefits questions referred from the HR call center.Perform benefits transactions (adds, terms, QLEs, etc.) according to country- and benefit-specific process, such as benefit provider platform or third-party administrator/broker platform (medical, dental, disability/life, pension, meal tickets, etc.).Assist in the preparation of monthly EMEA payroll for benefits deductions, pension contributions, and PTO in some countries.Reconcile and process benefits invoices in partnership with EMEA finance.Job Requirements:Relevant benefits background within a multinational or consulting firm.Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, diplomacy, and the ability to build trust and work effectively with a wide range of constituencies.Detail oriented and strongly at ease with numbers.Expertise in Excel.Basic knowledge and working understanding of HRIS (Workday) platforms. The ability to utilize multiple systems while handling customers/employees via phone, chat, email, etc.The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships, ensure alignment within and across groups, and use one’s expertise to gain buy-in and support and achieve mutual goals.We’re a network of knowledge and experience leading to richer, fuller careers.
