The Role:
Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for Senior Finance Officer who is responsible for the day-to-day treasury operations. Working under the supervision of the Country Finance Lead (CFL), the Sr. Finance officer to ensure smooth treasury management, annual budgeting, internal reporting, tax compliance, and overseeing the financial aspects of partner support to achieve financial goals. The Sr. Finance Officer- Treasury will also play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition or closure of finance treasury operations as per Oxfam Great Britain transition/closure guidelines, utilizing analytical thinking in financial risk management. The role demands hands-on involvement in day-to-day operations, requiring excellent time management and technical skills to navigate complex environments.

In addition:
- At least 5-7 years experience in Financial Management with multiple projects, partners, and donor’s portfolio. (candidate must have experience of managing treasury finance).
- Finance and Accountancy qualification e.g. MBA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience using financial software, Oxfam in Indonesia uses OPAL and Finance Peoplesoft.
- Expert in using MS Excel as most of the financial operations data using Excel format.
- Good analytical skills
- Proactive, responsible, and flexible.
- Strong deadlines management skills
- Innovative
- High standards of performance
- Understand local Indonesia tax-related matters, have Brevet certificate would be an advantage.
- Working experience with International NGO and having experience in managing office closure will be an advantage.
