YOUR ROLE

  • Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, and make experimental recommendations.
  • Conduct analytical testing in support of projects and plan and execute project work in an organized and professional manner.
  • Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Actively participate in departmental activities such as panels, meetings and committees.
  • Take part in innovating product by exploring new technology or performance improvement methodologies.
  • Prepare and deliver technical reports for product development projects.
  • Monitor and adjust product development processes as needed.
  • Create test plans and make design changes.
  • Comply with all regulations and safety precautions.
  • Travelling of up to 20% can be part of the role.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master’s or PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Sciences, Materials Science, or in any other related scientific areas, preferred but not required.
  • Candidate with B. S. degree with track record of 5-10 years of successful Product Development in the relevant area may be considered.
  • Focus in the areas of thermoset materials, adhesive formulations, semiconductor packaging is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal are essential.
  • Strong ability to design and implement experiments is needed.
  • Professional laboratory skills are essential.
  • The ability to work autonomously on multiple projects is needed.

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 – $103,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
