Sr Program Coordinator

Position description

Rutgers University-Camden is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator for the International Student’s Office. Reporting to the Assistant Dean/Director of International Students and Global Programs, the senior program coordinator provides individual and group advisement to undergraduate and graduate F-1/J-1 international students and certain J-1 exchange visitors on immigration matters as well as admission, enrollment, housing, personal/cultural adjustment, academic, financial, employment and other related matters. Key responsibilities also include management of our immigration database (SUNAPIS); the office website and technology based communications; monitoring regulatory changes affecting international students and scholars; providing educational/cultural programming and services for students, scholars, employees, and host departments; administering and evaluating the office’s overall operation and programs; and oversight of the undergraduate and graduate student support staff.

Qualifications

Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, within university policy and salary schedules, as well as departmental budgets.
