About the role

Staffordshire University is seeking 3 highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic Schools and Colleges Officers to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for talented individuals to contribute to the university’s growth and success by developing, delivering, and evaluating effective recruitment activities.

The roles swill be responsible for managing a portfolio of key schools and colleges, building positive relationships to drive student enrolment, and providing exceptional customer service. The roles also involves delivering engaging student-focused recruitment activities, analysing and interpreting data to inform recruitment decisions, and representing the university as an ambassador at recruitment events.

The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in student recruitment and events, with excellent organisational and time management skills. A strong understanding of the higher education sector and of the UCAS cycle are essential.

Main Responsibilities

  • To support the implementation of Staffordshire University’s UK recruitment strategy across the University and with key external stakeholders in Schools and Colleges 
  • To increase undergraduate income stream through engagement with targeted UK schools and colleges, with the specific task of delivering applications and enrolments through business development activity including events, presentations and negotiation.
