Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and supervising activities of study personnel (including determining and maintaining appropriate staffing skill profiles and levels), designing and implementing study protocols and sampling tools; and supervising, coordinating and monitoring clinical and research data collection and organization of community outreach activities.

Functional Knowledge: 20% – Knowledge of the research subject (Recruitment and assessment of Alzheimer’s Disease participants of diverse ancestry for genomic analyses)

Problem Solving: 5% – Independent solving of arising problems of moderate complexity using own judgement and experience

Decision Making/Autonomy: 20% – Carries out research projects with limited PI supervision

Technical Expertise: 10% – Operates and maintains equipment, computers, software programs and other research tools needed to conduct the project

Communication: 25% – Explains information to others and will contribute to publications
