Sous la supervision de l’Administrative Associate, le stagiaire effectuera l’inventaire physique des assets du Bureau et procèdera à la saisie des données dans la base de données « STP-Assets Inventory », application en ligne hébergée sur le SharePoint du Bureau ainsi que la mise en place de mécanisme de suivi des équipements répertoriés.
How can you make a difference?
- Classer les fiches d’enregistrement des Assets en fonction de la localisation ;
- Enregistrer les données des fiches d’enregistrement physique dans STP-Assets Inventory/SharePoint ;
- Réattribuer les numéros d’inventaire des articles en fonction de leurs catégories ;
- Soumettre à l’Administrative Associate la liste des équipements dont le statut est « endommagé » ou « hors service » ;
- S’acquitter d’autres tâches demandées, en cas de besoin.
Délivrables et résultats attendus.
- Tous les assets du Bureau sont correctement inventoriés et référencés.
- La Base de données des Assets est mise à jour.
- Les décisions du PSB (Property Survey Board) sont exécutées.
- Un rapport de stage valide avec les recommandations pour un meilleur suivi.

- Être inscrit dans un programme d’études supérieures ou avoir obtenu son diplôme au cours des deux dernières années dans l’un des domaines suivants : informatique, logistique, l’archivage, de l’administration ou tout autre domaine similaire.
- Bonne capacité de travail dans un environnement multiculturel et sous pression ;
- Avoir le sens de l’initiative et de la discrétion ;
- Les Valeurs essentielles requises : le soin, le respect, l’intégrité, la confiance et la redevabilité,
- Les Compétences essentielles requises : Communication, Travail en équipe, Recherche de résultats,
