Statistician – Temporary

The Department of Psychology at Princeton University’s Human Diversity Lab (PI: Kristina Olson) is looking for a part-time, hourly Statistician.

 

This position is temporary. Salary is $30/hour.

Duties will include:

• Organizing longitudinal database including tracking of research materials (e.g., exact wording of questions)
• Data cleaning
• Updating and producing codebooks and datafiles
• Organizing and checking data in R
• Running descriptive and other basic data analysis

Essential skills include:

• Use of R (tidyverse)
• Expertise with creating reproducible workflow
• Attention to detail
• Experience working as part of a research team
• Bachelor’s degree is required

 

Preferred skills include:

• Expertise with common psychological statistics (e.g., regression, anova, etc)
