Your new teamThis position sits in our Global Travel Retail business. Global Travel Retail is one of the Group’s largest markets, bringing Pernod Ricard brands to life in the exciting and innovative Travel Retail channel which includes duty-free, cruise ships & border shops around the globe. Travel to the heart of our exciting business with our @pernodricardtravel Instagram page, showcasing our latest projects and innovations around the globe.The Financial Planning & Analysis team are financial guardians of Financial Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & now key drivers of Cash Flow Statements. The Team is split into three pillars – Reporting & Analysis Americas, EMEA & Cross Functional – with this role leading the Cross Functional pillar to support both business units. The Team are young aspiring professionals who lean on each other under pressure & preserve to deliver value within one of the most complex Pernod Ricard market companies.Your unique contributionYou will have 3 main areas of responsibility:1. Drive Indirect Cash forecasting on a quarterly basis.Consolidate & analyse all relevant inputs required for the cash forecast construction, monthly cash flow and during critical times you will support with some accounts for the P&L (reporting and forecasts).
- Monthly Cash flow Variance analysis
- Rolling Cash forecast indirect method (accounts receivable, clients payables, A&P payables forecasting)
- Coordinate with Operations alignment on business assumptions for inventory (incl stock provisions) and stock payables forecast.
- Reconciliation / Bridge from Statutory to See-Through P&L Submission, with focus on brand owner margin analysis
2. Statutory Profit & Loss submission for Monthly Reporting and Quarterly Rolling Forecast – specifically around intercompany Transfer Prices, Other Income & Expenses treatment & clear audit documentation & support.3. Mentor & leadership within the FP&A team, with both pricing and junior analysts as direct reports – providing guidance and support to ensuring pricing integrity, accuracy, and consistency.Who you’ll be working with

Your blend of talentThis position could be right for you if you:
- Have a degree in finance or part/qualified ACCA/CIMA with practical experience in management accounting and finance
- Experience in ERP/HFM systems
- Strong excel, power point and power pivots
- Strong analytical acumen
- Attention to details and ability to drive results
- Able to self-manage, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment amidst tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Ability to communicate clearly and create collaborative relationships with team, peers and key stakeholders
