Job Summary | •Attend key staff meetings with Assistant Dean for Student Engagement to note action items and assist with follow up •Work with Lewis Honors College administrative team to support logistics for day-to-day events and college-wide programs •Provide logistical and admin support for Honors Residential Experience/Community of Scholars •Assist in communication and admin tasks with student leaders and student organizations •Assist in planning Lewis Launch (project management and event planning) o Attend regular meetings o Communication with external vendors o Serve as liaison with UK events o Provide admin support for communication with incoming students o Schedule and support summer virtual meetings o Prepare materials for orientation sessions •Review and make decisions on Community of Scholars LLP applications o Download workbooks from Tableau o Manage data in Excel and create reports o Communicate weekly with Residence Life to provide acceptance and denial lists o Communicate with applicants who are missing portions of the application |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | Excellent verbal and written communication skills both internal and external to the unit, attention to detail; problem solving, Microsoft Office Suite, database management in Excel, Tableau, plus Project Management and Event Planning experience. |
