The Stewardship Apprentice position is a six-month, full-time role (January–June 2026) with All Hands Ecology (formerly Audubon Canyon Ranch), based at the Martin Griffin Preserve near Bolinas and at preserves along Tomales Bay in western Marin County, California. Apprentices support the stewardship and maintenance of lands and facilities through projects such as habitat restoration, fire and grazing management, ecological monitoring, and facilities upkeep. The position includes on-site housing, paid professional development, and certifications, with mentorship provided by professionals in the field.
