What We Can Achieve Together:
The Randall Preserve Stewardship Technician leads work teams to ensure the coordination, community support, and implementation of the preserve management plan. The Stewardship Technician maintains preserve areas frequented by the visiting public, removes exotic species, monitors species, maintains tools and equipment, operates small equipment, oversees building maintenance, assists with maintaining working cattle ranch infrastructure, opens and closes preserve to the visiting public, and maintains the preserve’s sensor network including wildlife cameras, weather stations, water monitoring devices, virtual fence towers, audio recorders and a variety of remote wildlife monitoring devices.
The Randall Preserve Stewardship Technician performs and participates in preserve operations including the maintenance, management, development and coordination of conservation programs. The Stewardship Technician will be expected to work on the preserve four days a week and work from their home office one day a week.

Salary Information:
The starting pay for this position is within the range of $29.34 – $31.10 per hour. This range only applies to candidates whose country of employment is the USA and state of employment is California. Where a successful candidate’s pay will fall within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Your geographic location will be confirmed during the recruitment.
