About the role
With our growth plans in Australia, we require a full time Stock and Install Manager to help manage our stock controllers and on-field installers. You will be based in our Pyrmont office and manage a team across Australia.
In this role, you’ll be:
- Managing, supporting, and leading the stock controllers & installers to maintain efficiencies.
- Monitor, track, and maintain progress over key areas of accountabilities related to stock management and hardware management.
- Create and maintain process documentation for all stock controller and installer-related tasks within operations.
- Conducting QA checks to ensure the quality of work within the stock controllers & installers.
- Supporting Stock controllers & installers with their day-to-day tasks, including training and development.
- Identifying and addressing in-efficiencies related to our existing stock & installing processes/protocols.
- Monitoring, tracking and improving our device management database accuracy in line with quarterly stocktakes.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be:
- High level of organisational & leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of team management skills
- Proficient in data analytics and team performance management
- Previous experience in stock management, tech management, project planning, and execution of resources
- Previous experience in managing cross-country team
- A natural relationship builder, comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- A genuine team player, proactively sharing best practices and ideas to improve processes
- Proactive and driven, looking to expand and take on more responsibilities with more experience
