Stock / Logistics Administrator – Day shift – Mon – FridayBordon – East Hampshire [near Guilford]£25k – £28k [depending on experience] + BenefitsStrive Supply chain have been exclusively retained to work with an international supplier of non-food FMCG items to the retail sector. Our role is to source an experienced stock / logistics administrator / order processor who has excellent IT skills, is used to working in a fast-paced environment &accuracy in data reporting / organisation.Key Site Stats:Warehouse size approx. 150k sq ft. Currently in the middle of moving from a manually driven operation to a heavily automated site over the next 12 months.Headcount of c50 on site across all functions.An Average of 150 pallets inbound pallets per day6000 active SKU’sAutomation systems include SAP, mobile bar coding, digital data collection to automate warehouse transactions, KNAPP, Linde & others.Role Summary:To ensure goods out for National customers are processed, completed with specific requirements, and have left the warehouse on time.Processing and reviewing stock from quotes entered by the National Sales teamStock transfers and scheduling from both internal and external warehousesEnsuring all orders are processed in a timely manner meeting customer due datesStock reconciliation – shortage / overage investigationManaging external rework projects with 3rd party providersBooking deliveries via external portals and time management systemsAssisting with item set up, confirming rework quantities, providing images to sales teams, confirming packaging requirements and costingsProviding forecasted demand for stockSpare parts requests – processing of ordersSamples orders – entry and expeditingProduce delivery paperwork and customs documentationComplete regular open order books with updates dates for restockLiaising with Purchasing and Inventory with stock coming into the businessManage bookings in of goods outArrange courier collections of goods outEnsuring SAP is update with accurate POD’sVerifying courier invoices for paymentPackaging maintenance and ordering.Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Strong Organizational and numeracy skills
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written
  • Able to multitask and adapt to changing demands and priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel) and SAP (not essential)
  • Good team player with experience of a busy working environment
  • Ability to forward plan
  • An ability to interpret customer requirements into practical solutions
