This is an exciting time to join our client as they undergo a period of exceptional growth on a global basisJob Overview:Reporting to the Strategic Development Director this role will drive the strategic communications and marketing for the Company in line with the company’s vision and strategy.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the marketing strategy – create a strategic plan for marketing focused on raising the profile for the company both internally and externally.
  • Drive strategic marketing campaigns targeting the sectors and customers in line with the global and regional strategies.
  • Drive global PR / external press release events in line with shareholders (The Board) and business requirement to capture all targeted sectors, investors, and customers.
  • To track existing marketing campaigns and report on results and co-ordinate market research studies with detailed data driven decisions
  • To regularly communicate and build relationships with the global and regional businesses, ensuring razor focus on key strategic initiatives to gain more exposure with our internal and external customers.
  • To manage the company website (currently under review), support the regions with sharepoint and social media platforms, to ensure we have a steady stream of relevant, fresh engaging posts to attract clients, potential recruits and showcase the company.
  • Develop new strategies with the data received from the various data points, to enhance the internal and external messaging in line with the strategic plan to exposure or services and products.
  • To manage the production of the quarterly company newsletter including collation of relevant material.
  • Arrange and develop the delivery of filming and photography sessions to support materials including proposals, marketing, promotional and workforce engagement videos and imagery.
  • Input into bids and tenders where required.
  • Proactively search for new communication tools and methods, ensuring the highest standards of engagement are applied to all levels of the organisation.
  • Develop, and posting of news articles, sharing of materials, employee engagement campaigns and events calendars.

Job Specific Education Required:

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field

Work Experience Required:

  • Experience of working in marketing or advertising
  • Have a strong understanding of visuals, design and brand, possesses a solid track record in using marketing tools/platforms, including social media.
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Has experience in developing and managing effective communication channels.
  • Very organised, detail oriented, able to manage multiple projects with accuracy.
  • Offers creativity and an innovative approach to your work.
  • Excellent verbal and adaptive written communication skills, with the ability to synthesise information for a variety of audiences.
  • Confidence with the media; identifying and pitching news and creative feature ideas to the press.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills – brand ambassador key point of contact internal and external.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office suite and Prez.
