The Strategic Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales effectiveness through the development and improvement of our sales presentation materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling customer presentations for key sales opportunities and developing additional supporting materials that differentiate our experience for prospects. This position requires a strategic partnership with the broader marketing team, sales enablement, and sales departments to ensure a cohesive and effective sales process.✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
- Develop and Enhance Sales Presentation Materials: Create and continuously improve standard sales presentation materials to ensure they are compelling, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand strategy.
- Create Custom Presentations for Key Sales Opportunities: Work closely with the sales team to develop customized presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition for significant sales opportunities.
- Build Additional Supporting Materials: Develop additional and digital content to support the sales process and create a differentiated experience for prospects.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Teams: Partner closely with the broader marketing team, sales enablement, and sales to ensure alignment across all materials and strategies. This includes coordinating with product marketing to accurately represent our offerings.
- Training and Support: Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team on how to effectively use the sales materials and adapt presentations to meet specific client needs.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze the effectiveness of sales materials and strategies in achieving sales goals, and adjust plans based on performance data.

- Proven Experience in Marketing or Sales within Hospitality Tech. The candidate should have particularly strong skills in the construction of compelling narratives for prospects.
- Deep understanding of selling motions at different levels of complexity and duration and experience is creating effective propositions for different segments.
- Experience in developing sales presentation materials, customer-facing content, and supporting sales efforts is essential.
- Skills in strategic planning and the ability to execute programs that align with commercial objectives.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and external partners, to ensure alignment and cohesiveness in sales strategies and materials.
- Strong time management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, present to various audiences, and create compelling and persuasive sales materials.
- Direct leadership experience is not a prerequisite, but, the ability to influence and work collaboratively with teams across the organization is critical.
- A deep understanding of the industry, including competitors, product trends, and customer preferences, to ensure the sales materials are relevant and compelling.
