We are looking for an exceptional Strategic Partnerships Managers to work within our Policy and Strategic Partnerships team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic international charity that shared the 1997 Nobel Peace-Prize.

You will be working with the Head of Strategic Partnerships to deliver initiatives designed to ensure the strategic and tactical growth of the organisation through partnership development, business development and stakeholder engagement.

You will manage a portfolio of existing relationships with partners and donors and work with the programmes to ensure that strategic engagement is happening across the organisation. You will also look for opportunities to develop new partnerships to grow the funding base and strengthen the position of the organisation as a subject matter expert in our areas of work.

You will also support the programmes team to develop briefing documents and engagement plans to enable them to develop relationships in their countries and regions and that they have the required information to properly engage with partners, develop new projects and manage contracts in line with requirements.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of developing successful relationships with external stakeholders and experience of business development. You will have a proven track recording meeting targets and deadlines and an ability to build, manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent coordination, project management and communication skills will also be essential.

The role will involve travel in he UK, Europe and Internationally, often at short notice to attend donor meetings and programme visits approximately 20% of the time.
