Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary | The Administrative Support & Social Media Content Creator performs a full range of responsible administrative & social media creative duties for the Junior Achievement Office. This position handles project-oriented duties and is accountable for the timely completion of tasks. Under the direction of the Regional Executive Director, create social media content, schedule posts, plan and execute responsibilities within established policies. The Play4JA Program Coordinator Position • Secures new Play4JA partners. • Provides support to the JA Staff Team. • Provides fundraising support for Play4JA. • Provide internal team coordination and logistical support for assigned Play4JA events. • Support the Play4JA event from concept to completion. • Create assigned social media and content to promote Play4JA. |

Responsibilities | Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, the individual should have excellent/accurate typing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Communication Skills: To perform this job successfully one must pay close attention to detail; possess excellent oral and written communication skills including spelling, grammar, punctuation, editing and proofreading skills. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Other: Must have experience in public contact activities and administrative liaison work; be able to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines; work well independently as well as with other staff and volunteers Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of volunteers or employees of organization. |
