Student Experience Administrator

So what will the role involve?

The Student Experience Administrator reports to the Student Experience Manager and is responsible for ensuring that all administrative functions underpinning student experience processes are appropriately implemented and managed in line with school and university processes.

You will provide a front-line service to staff, students and external partners by delivering excellent customer service in all aspects of student facing procedures. You will provide key advice to staff and students on quality standards and compliance related issues.
