Physical Requirements Sitting for long periods of time; repetitive motion tasks including using a computer; pulling up to 10 lbs, some travel required, effectively communicating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Shift Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, some evenings and weekends required.
Job Summary The College of Education is currently recruiting for a Director of Graduate Student Recruitment. Individuals will develop and manage recruitment programs, schedule and participate in campus visits with candidates, and develop a comprehensive, strategic marketing plan through social media to reach potential students. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of four years of experience in recruiting, preferably at the college or graduate level. A masters degree is required for this position along with 4 years of professional employment in education, admissions, or recruitment. The qualified applicant will also possess excellent presentation, interpersonal communication, leadership, analysis and organizational skills; pay attention to details, and develop creative solutions.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, budgeting, preferred experience with salesforce and scholarship universe.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes
Preferred Education/Experience Masters degree in student affairs is preferred.
