Department of Geography

Position Summary:

  • Collect and organize publicly available information related to the 2022 Federal Boundary Redistribution Committees in each province;

  • Research includes resources such as government websites, traditional media (newspapers, etc.) and social media posting.

Qualifications:

  • Basic familiarity with Canadian Politics, background in both Political Science and Geography;

  • Must be highly organized and able to work independently;

  • Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level 4 on a scale of 0-4.
