Student Success Intern

Open to current University of Leeds students only

This is a great opportunity to work with a range of stakeholders, develop a range of competencies and skills relating to time management and organisation, communication, presenting, event planning and IT (especially relating to MS Excel, Forms, Teams). 

Based in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences (EPS), you will work closely with the Faculty’s Student Success Officer to support and develop interventions within EPS oriented towards student community and belonging with a focus on equality, diversity, and inclusion. These interventions will include work relating to our Faculty’s new and ongoing initiatives around the student success strategy. 

The role has a strong communications focus; you will help to promote students’ engagement with student community/belonging/EDI initiatives and respond to queries from students concerning these and other interventions. You will also provide insights and input that will help to improve how interventions are delivered.  

Working 8.5 hours per week over a 10 week period.
