We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for the Professional Services for Study to Examine Outcome Orientation in Climate Budgeting and Ways to Enhance its Effectiveness

Please go through the attached Bid Data Sheet and Terms of Reference (Annex 1) carefully and be guided by the forms attached hereto as Annex 2 (Technical Proposal Format) and Annex 3 (Financial Proposal Format), in preparing your Proposal.
