La oferta debe de ser detallada para la subasta y enviada en sobre sellado a nombre de PNUD, quien depositará los sobres sellados en la caja fuerte y los mantendrá́ hasta la fecha límite, a más tardar a las 1:00 P.M. (hora local) el día 19 de junio de 2024.
