IFS are regularly on the lookout looking for highly motivated and determined people to help Australian workers retire with dignity, security and confidence. While officially the role title is “Unpaid Super Officers”, we see them as “Super-heroes”.
These Super-heroes will be recovering unpaid superannuation on behalf of industry super funds’ members – working people! Successful Super-heroes believe in the importance of their work, have a professional phone manner, are goal focused and are effective communicators. Behind their friendly and positive attitude is a steely determination to achieve their goals – that is to get the money owed to workers into their superannuation accounts where it belongs. They are willing to take on a challenging role that will bring excellent rewards in a supportive environment.
We are looking for future Super-heroes who are:
- great communicators and can quickly establish rapport over the phone
- IT savvy and can quickly adapt to new systems
- able to organise their day to get their work done efficiently
- driven and determined to meet performance targets
- quick learners and can follow complex processes
- strong team players, show consideration for others’ opinions and maintain a professional approach in supporting all employees of IFS and clients
The following will give prospective Super-heroes an advantage:
- experience in debt collection or in a contact centre
- experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- a basic understanding of the Superannuation industry
