Introduction :
This Request for Proposal is for the Supervision of Requalification Works of the INS Regional Center Office in Maputo City as further detailed in the Terms of Reference attached to this RfP.

Suppliers which have experience to develop engineering design and undertake provide services for the supervision of works in Mozambique are invited to submit their proposals. Requirements and selection criteria are presented in the RfP document and attachments to this RfP.

No pre-bid meeting or site visit will be organized for this tender. Shall there be need for clarifications, please, use messaging option directly into the Quantum supplier portal.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
