ISSSupervisor (Cleaning)Contract: BankingLocation: LondonHours of work: 40Contract Type: PermanentThe Cleaning Supervisor will play a key role in supporting the Housekeeping & Mail Room Manager, ensuring high-quality, self-perform cleaning services meet agreed standards and specifications.Job DescriptionThis role requires strong leadership, as you will guide and motivate the cleaning team, uphold best practices, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.Working for a blue-chip organisation, you will have the autonomy to shape and develop the team while being supported in your own professional growth.Full training, including DOC and BICS qualifications, will be provided for those looking to expand their skills.If you are committed to excellence and eager to make an impact, this is an excellent opportunity to progress in your career.Key Responsibilities

• Setting up teams, making sure that the building is cleaned up to the standards reqd.
• Deliveries – taking charge and filling out paperwork
• Making sure we meet KPI’s and close orders on time
• Cleaning audits
• Time and attendance
• Supervisor – rota, holidays for day and evening, create schedules – performance issues etc

Professional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsPrevious Cleaning Supervisor experience
Excellent communications skills
H&S knowledge – COSHH knowledge beneficial
