 Public Aid Organization –PAO; is a non-governmental, independent, non-profit and public utility organization. It works according to its humanitarian values in order to improve and settle the principles of human rights, establishing a developed civil society. This will be done by carrying out the developing and permanent programs and projects as it is guided by the United Nations’ declaration concerning the third millennium. PAO established in 1992 well rooted and present with offices in all Iraq. 

Supervisor-Erbil

Tasks and Responsibilities: –

  • Supervisor, providing technical support in protection to the field team to ensure quality work.
  • Assisting in project center management and project staff, including case management team.
  • Under the supervision of the project manager, supporting the correct and timely implementation of all project phases and tasks involving relevant project staff.
  • Supervising and participating in preparatory work, leading curriculum-based sessions on a daily basis.
  •  Ensuring the implementation of activities according to the project work plan.
  • Ensuring all identified protection concerns are promptly reported to the relevant project management and organization.
  •  Ensuring all financial support documents are accurately completed as required by financial policy and requirements.
  • Maintaining complete archives and files of the project center.
  • Coordinating, building relationships, advocating, and making referrals.
  • Monitoring/tracking program supplies/resources usage to ensure efficient resource utilization.
  •  Ensuring adherence to protection and child protection standards.
  • Complying with PAO security policies and procedures and reporting any incidents or violations to the direct manager and/or security management.
  • Adhering to professional accounting organization policies and ensuring the maintenance of the Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policy in all activities.
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports to the direct manager.
  • Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Qualifications & Preferred Skills 

– Bachelor’s Degree.

– Minimum of 3 years experience in monitoring and evaluation and Team Leader.

– Excellent knowledge in computers and software programs relevant to this job specifically excel.

– very good analytical skills and proven ability to write professional reports.

– good communication skills.
