Summary of Requirements

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) invites your quotation for the supply and delivery of sanitary products to the OSCE Presence in Albania, as outlined in the attached Quotation Form. The OSCE intends to establish one or more long-term window contracts for the supply and delivery of sanitary products for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option to extend for an additional two (2) years, subject to future needs, availability of funds, and contractor performance. The estimated annual business volume for sanitary supplies is approximately EUR 3,000. This figure is provided for indicative purposes only and does not constitute a binding commitment by the OSCE. Given the long-term nature of the window contracts (3 to 5 years) and the historical volume of orders, bidders are expected to offer a discount from standard market prices and reflect these discounted prices in the attached Quotation Form.
