Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Rwanda, invites qualified and reputable suppliers to submit bids for the supply and installation of twelve (12) air conditioning systems at its premises.
This tender covers a mix of wall‑mount split units, cassette units, and a floor‑standing 36,000 BTU system, along with all required accessories, copper piping, electrical cabling, insulation materials, mounting stands, drainage systems, and professional installation services.
The selected contractor will be expected to deliver high‑quality, energy‑efficient equipment and ensure proper installation in line with the detailed technical specifications provided.

Instructions to Bidders
a) Please provide pricing in the structured tables in the RFQ. All prices in Rwandan Francs Include delivery, installation, training, warranty, and maintenance costs. Attach compliance matrix and supporting documents, including catalogues, etc
b) Delivery period: Delivery at site indicated above, installation and Training are all expected to be completed within 1 calendar Month after Contract signature
c) Warranty: Minimum 12-month warranty covering parts and labor, with on site response within 24 hours
