Hours – 37.5 Monday to Friday – Flexible office/home workingLogistic administrator responsibilities include supporting all supply chain procedures from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documents. To be successful in this role, you should be well organised and understand the order fulfilment cycle.Main responsibilities

  • Raise all Customer sales order in line with call of requirements.
  • Arrange all customer deliveries – Including Haulier collections/3rd Party and customer ETA’s
  • Prepare all customer delivery documentation – EDI and Paper copies
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calendar deliveries
  • Review the supplier schedule and chase any supplier deliveries not booked in
  • Ensure all Purchase order acknowledgements are recorded
  • Ensure materials are available either in stock or due for delivery to match production plans
  • Prepare the planning board for lockdown meetings
  • Maintain the planning board and communicate changes to the production team.
  • Ensure finance department are provided with copies of all customer shipments/packing lists and supplier reception.
  • Maintain Internal Supply chain KPI management – OTIF
  • Inter company – Sales administration (GTE and Packway management)
  • FSC data information gathering and input
  • HMRC data information gathering and input
