Job Title: Sales and Stock ControllerThe Skills You’ll Need: Stock Control, Luxury Goods, SAP
Your New Salary: £50-55k plus 7% bonus
Location: Central London
Status: Permanent
Start: ASAPSales and Stock Controller – Working hours: Retail hours, 37.5 hours per weekWhat You’ll be Doing: Your prime objective will be to manage the sales invoices for the boutique and to support the team on all stock, logistics and boutique related administration. This will include:

  • Operations;
  • Ensure smooth stock movement – receive stock, transfer pieces, follow up pieces’ movements
  • Proceed stock counts
  • Contribute to document management
  • Follow up & prepare omni-channel orders
  • Ensure back office area is properly set up
  • Update price tags if needed
  • Customer Services
  • Manage the CS flows (send, receive repair to/from the platform)
  • Control all repairs
  • Manage spare parts & accessories
  • Sales Administration;
  • Monitor the daily sales and to ensure compliance
  • Monitor monthly retail sales report
  • Process, follow-up and update the Sales Associates on retail CCLs and Special Orders (status, delivery timing).
  • Monitor clientèle and support the sales team & management with CRM
  • Daily banking and invoicing
  • Compliance – abide by Maison policies and procedures, ensure good practices on product storage

Sales and Stock Controller – The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Previous stock control experience in luxury retail
  • Strong office administration skills
  • Must be available to work retail hours
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment.
  • Excellent computer skills – Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Windows is required, previous SAP experience a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
  • Self-Starter with Team-Player approach.
