What we are looking for
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking a highly qualified, resilient and dynamic Supply Chain Management Systems Adoption & Helpdesk Adviser Norway. The SCM Systems Adoption & Helpdesk Adviser will be responsible for the following:
- To develop and implement communication and change management strategies for NRC’s Warehouse Management system (WMS) and other future supply chain systems in the context of the modernization project.
- Resolving service tickets in accordance with the agreed upon Service Level Agreement.
- Finally, this position will also support the modernization project with the implementation of new modules and their transition into business as usual (BAU).
What you will do
- Responsible for the design, setup and maintenance of the overall WMS capacity building and communication strategy/plan and its successful delivery.
- Responsible for planning, designing and the delivery of relevant training material to the identified stakeholders.
- Support in the testing and delivery of new modules and features and ensure a smooth transition towards business as usual (BAU)
- Ensuring that the end user perspective is captured and relayed to the Project Manager.
- Responsible for the timely resolution of service requests as agreed upon in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

What you will bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience from working with Change Management
- Experience in digital systems and approaches, preferably with SaaS/cloudbased solutions
- Experience in digital systems and approaches
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
- Experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
What we offer
- Duty station: Oslo, Norway, or can be hosted in any NRC representation offfice
- Contract: Fixed term (Upto 31/12/2025)
- Salary/benefits: grade 8 on NRC’s regional salary scale, with accompanying terms and conditions
