Introduction :

UNDP Uganda would like to procure the supply and installation of video conferencing systems for Mukono HighCourt and Main Prison including training and popularisation of the court and prison facilities. Detailed specifications have been attached.

Site survey is mandatory – you are requested to conduct a site survey at the premises as per the below details;
  • Date and time:              Monday 22nd July 2024, 11:00 am
  • Location:                      Mukono High Court – 1st, Mukono Main Prison – 2nd
  • Confirm your attendance by email to [email protected] not later than 12.00 pm Friday 19th July 2024  
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
