Introduction :

Amendment 1: 

With reference to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-UKR-00860- dated 07 July 2024, UNDP Ukraine now wish to issue amendment No.1 to make the following changes in the ITB document.

·            Post the minutes of the pre-bid meeting held on 12 July 2024, 11: 00 hours Kyiv Time (Attached)

·            Extend the bid submission deadline to read 26 July 2024 instead of 22 July 2024 (Time: As specified in the portal).

·            Attach line diagrams and designs.

·            Correct negotiation reference number in form H- Price schedule LOT 2, please use the update form.

All other paragraphs, sections and conditions of the ITB, except as amended herein, shall remain unchanged.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine hereby invites you to submit a Bid to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-UKR-00860) for Supply of Auxiliary equipment for the cogeneration unit grid connection.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system. The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on 12- July-2024, at (11:00 am) (Kyiv time) via Teams.
