The Role:

 

As a supply officer, you will provide timely and accurate responses to requests for quotation and requisitions from Oxfam and other customers. You will manage the entire export process including sourcing international transportation and ensuring that all export documentation is in conformance with UK and destination country requirements.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

 

  • Customer focused mindset.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and build relationships at all levels, taking into account cultural and language difficulties.
  • Strong administrative experience and organisational skills, with good general computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Web based collaboration tools)
  • Strong performance in managing priorities and dealing with tight deadlines and pressure from multiple customers.
