And together, we can be part of something truly extraordinary.Bringing it to the role.You will join the KFC Supply Chain Team as Supplier Performance Manager, working within the Food & Pack Team. You will play the essential role of being the Pivot between the Procurement Category Managers, our Pan- Europe Market’s and it suppliers ensuring a world – class, robust supply chain.What you’ll do:

  • Support BMU, SCM, QA and NPD on urgent supplier issues & crisis management escalations.
  • Monitoring Supplier performance
  • PIS set up and Management (Manage pricing query disputes).
  • Supply chain performance reporting and KPI metrics (OTIF)
  • Product/ supplier database management
  • Category Contract allocation and Market reporting
  • Category compliance tracking (TrueView)
  • Contract/ allocation performance monitoring
  • Project support – Specifically planning and execution of Legislation reporting requirements.
  • Support in AOP process with Category Managers supporting with tools such as price curves, delivering into AOP. Manager
  • Supplier/ product tender implementation and changeover and managing no- stock write offs with old suppliers.
  • Support in supplier review meetings, and preparation of prior to support Category Managers.
  • Escalation support – local BMU SCM, QA and NPD on urgent supply issues & crisis management
  • Support Supply performance and cost optimization
  • Inventory optimization
  • Contract Management an adherence
  • Pricing change management – PIS
  • Collating market demand forecasts (Temporary)

Experience

  • Experience in a fast- paced Supply Chain environment.
  • Working with third party distributors and logistics organizations (not essential).
  • Ideally Having worked with suppliers in Food, Beverage and Packaging Sectors previously.
  • Had some Buying experience of small Categories/ spends.
  • A background or experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics or Planning.
  • High performing skills in EXCEL/ Power – Point.
  • CIPS – Or studying to attain CIPS (Nice to have).
  • Previous experience of Buying (Nice to have).
  • Other than English, any other European Languages (Nice to have).
