Functional Role
The Support Assistant SA will work closely of project manager and program team and support the implementation of project activities in Salah Aldeen, preparing document related with staff movement, purchasing, equipment and other admin documents. As well as supporting the internal department and facilitate communications with the project staff in SAD. the SA will work directly with HR, Finance and Logistic department.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing the support procedures purchase, map out the suppliers and vendors, finalize the requirement purchase papers.
- Provide and plan the office needs, ensure all administration requirement in place.
- Facilitate meeting and wellbeing in the office.
- Supporting HR department with collecting attendance sheet, log sheet, exit interviews and other HR procedures.
- Supporting Finance team.
